Apostille
Instructions
( A document that is applicable to the Apostille process due
to the Hague Convention of 1961, does not need to be submitted
at a foreign consulate for processing).
In order to obtain an
Apostille, the following will be required:
The original document – If the
document is notarized by a state certified notary, it must have
the appropriate notary citation on or attached to the document
i.e. (Jurat, Acknowledgment). If the document is issued by a
state or county (Birth Certificates, Marriage License, Divorce
Decrees and Death Certificates) they should be issued by a
recognized entity like the Bureau of Vital Statistics, County
or State Registrars and
CountyClerk of the issuing
state.
Recordable documents like
(Birth Certificates, Marriage License, Divorce Decrees and
Death Certificates) will only be accepted in their original
form and are required to be sent to the respective Secretary of
State in order to obtain the Apostille Stamp. All non
recordable documents like, copies of Diplomas, College
transcripts and State Certified Translations can be in
submitted in copy form in order to obtain an
Apostille.
The document should be sent to
Rushapostilles.com with a letter explaining the reason for the
request in detail and an Apostille/Certificate of Notary
request form for billing and data entry
purposes.
